Pinky Winky Hydrangea is easy to grow in average, moist, well-drained soil. It can take the heat in the South but is also exceptionally cold hardy, withstanding even the coldest winter temperatures in the North. In the South (USDA Zones 7-9), it’s best to plant in a location with some filtered sun or shade during the afternoon hours when the sun is most intense.
